You bring a brief. We deliver a film.
Executive production means taking on 100% of a film's production on the client's behalf, whether that client is a brand, an agency or a foreign production company that doesn't want to open a Paris office.
Line-by-line budget, crew hiring, locations, permits, on-set production management, and post-production if needed. You sign one contract, we hand you a master file. One point of contact, with a dedicated senior producer as your executive producer in Paris.
Indicative minimum budget: €15,000 for a short day-rate shoot. Typical budget: €50,000 to €250,000 for a full campaign. We have managed up to €500,000 on a single shoot.
What's included
Pre-production: brief, budget, scouting, casting, crew sourcing, equipment rental, film permits.
Shoot: executive producer on set, locations and unit management, talent coordination, catering, transportation, handling the unexpected.
Post-production: editing, color grading, sound mix, delivery in the formats you need. On request, we put together a custom post team.
Admin: French intermittent crew contracts, URSSAF and France Travail Spectacle filings, all-risk production insurance, rights management.

How long does an executive production project take?
A standard commercial: 4 to 8 weeks from brief to delivery. A documentary: 3 to 12 months depending on scope. A social content campaign: 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you work with foreign companies?
Yes. Many US and European broadcasters have approved us as their local executive producer. You keep creative control, we execute in Paris. We work in French and English, and our network includes Spanish- and German-speaking producers.
